Retaining Top Talent:
Scholarships for Engineering-Student Reservists<\/h6>

Thanks to generous support from AiGENT-TECH and Globrands\u2014totaling more than $55,000\u2014Bar-Ilan was able to offer scholarships to engineering students in the Alexander Kofkin Faculty of Engineering who served more than 150 days in the Israel Defense Forces reserves during the past year. These students, many of whom lost valuable income and work opportunities while serving, were able to return to their studies without financial hardship. Spearheaded by Dr. Shahar Alon, head of the Biomedical and Neuro-engineering Program, this initiative ensures that Israel can continue to cultivate the next generation of high-tech and defense industry leaders.<\/p>\n
